Performance

Depending on the trim level, the Ford Focus has four different engine options:

• 1.0-liter EcoBoost engine
• 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine
• 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder Hybrid and the Plug-in Hybrid
• 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder engine

All trims are all-wheel drive. A selectable drive mode feature allows you to shift to four adaptable settings: Eco, Sport, Slippery, and Normal. The towing capacity of the new Ford Escape is 3,500 pounds. This means you can safely tow your boat, SUV, U-Haul, or anything else with few problems. Its fuel efficiency is an EPA-estimated 26 mpg in the city and 33 mpg on the highway. The hybrid has a battery pack that will get you about 37 miles on one charge.

Interior and Exterior

With the new Ford Escape, Chatham drivers will enjoy features like 17-inch painted aluminum wheels, LED lighting, a rear spoiler, and a unique bumper. There is plenty of storage for groceries, supplies, suitcases, and more. The second-row sliding seats are 60/40-fold down, and plenty of legroom is available for those long trips. Ford enhances your technological experience with the SYNC 4. This software keeps you connected to all your apps. The standard new Ford Escape is equipped with an 8.0-inch digital display gauge. Larger trim models have a 12.3-inch screen. The interactive screens allow Petersburg drivers to quickly look up news, real-time traffic, music, and more. Feel free to customize options as you like. You can also use the standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to pair your phone information. The navigation options allow you to get to your destination quickly. The FordPass keeps you connected with 4G Wi-Fi hotspots even on the highway. You'll connect up to 10 devices within 50 miles of the new Ford Escape.
